Return and Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the size, customization, and freight nature of our products, all sales are final once the item has shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect measurements, or changes in preference.

2. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% if the item has not yet shipped.

Once a product has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your hot tub or product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please follow these steps:

Inspect the item at delivery and take clear photos of any visible damage.
Do not sign the delivery receipt as “clear” if damage is present.
Contact us immediately at acm213746@gmail.com with the photos and order number.

We will coordinate directly with the manufacturer to repair or replace the item in accordance with their warranty.
Note: Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function may not be covered.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved due to a cancellation or damage claim, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping, handling, and service fees (including white-glove delivery) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Custom Orders

Products marked as custom, made-to-order, or special order are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production begins.

6. Delivery Refusals

If a customer refuses delivery of a non-defective product, they will be responsible for:

Round-trip freight charges
A 25% restocking fee
Any incurred storage fees

7. Warranty Claims

Warranty service is provided directly through the product manufacturer.
Luxury Spa Co. will assist you with initiating a claim but does not provide repairs or replacements outside the manufacturer’s official warranty terms.
